City 2 City: Prologue

Yes everybody, rally time again!

We start this rally with a proper prologue. We are all going to drive up to the starting point. This will be a litle race on its own. There will be a winner and it will give us the starting positions for the rally.

So lets hit start and there we go!!!

Stage discription: Prologue

Try not to end up in the garden at checkpoint 1

Checkpoint 6 is heading up the bridge after a sharp cornert. Chekpoints 10 to 19 we visit our first village: Hisenda Aldea Sud.

After this we commute to the city, were at checkpoint 24 hard cornering starts. Just before the old itaian dealer and a hard hilly section brings us to the bridge just before we pass  checkpoint 30. After that it is on, just some roundabouts seperate you from the starting line of stage 1. also being the end of this prologue.

This prologue will be posted twice.

Enjoy!!

TDU2 DLC2 Warning!

Some bad news guys. It seems that our French friends at Eden Games felt that DLC2 on the PC didn’t live up to their usual low standards, however with the release of DLC2 on the PS3 they are back on fighting fit form and have introduced bugs so appalingly bad you’ll want to hop on a plane to French France and slap the cheese-eating surrender monkeys in their EU Agricultural Subsidised face.

Why? Because DLC2 might just turn all of your pre-existing DLC cars into Pink Miami Mustangs!

First we heard about it ws from Corbonator:

I ran into an issue with the new patch, If you completed the exploration dlc don’t get on tdu2 till you backup your save luckily I did, It has a glitch where it turns stratos and charger into miami cars. At the start screen it told me my save has 2 cars that cannot be used it gives the option to delete them and another not too, unfortunately the not too option won’t allow you to play the game it just takes you back to the start screen, So make sure you backup your save if you completed dlc 1. – Corbonator.

We asked Corbnator to expand a little more but he was unavailable for further comment, his secretary told us “Mr Corby is on his tricycle, he won’t be back until after the full moon”

Since Corby’s early  warning we’ve now seen countless forum threads claiming to have fallen foul of this prime example of  Edens coding moreover some users rport that all DLC cars are affected.

Some even retell a worse case scenario in which their game save back up is no longer compatible!

Aus’s 1989 Sanremo Delta

I think it’s fair to say the CCCUK has some very strong car painters. And there are some cars so creative and memorable that they won’t be forgotten any time soon.

Painting car’s in TDU2 is about as easy and stress free as pulling teeth from a gorilla, anything that looks half decent should be considered a triumph.

However AusPuff’s 1989 Sanremo Delta has been “wowing” the crowds recently. Everyone paints the Delta in the white Martini colours, but I always was found of the red version… my wedding photographer actually turned up to my wedding in one!

Check out these screens of Aus’s brilliant work.
